1. An online service
FormParcel is software you use online, in your browser. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no shipping charge, no delivery time and no tracking number.
Elsewhere on this website, “delivery” means a lead reaching a Google Sheet or an inbox, not a parcel. See the receipts guide for what each delivery state means.
2. When you get access
- On the Free plan, access starts as soon as you sign in. No payment is involved.
- A paid plan switches on when Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. There is nothing to wait for or collect.
3. Invoices and receipts for payments
Razorpay sends the invoice or receipt for each payment by email. It carries no GSTIN. No GST is charged.
4. If you cannot get in
If you signed up or paid and cannot use FormParcel, or your paid plan has not switched on, email [email protected] with the email address of your account. We reply within 24 hours, and we will make sure you get the plan you paid for. See also the cancellation and refund policy.
