Pay for volume. Never for reliability.

Going over your monthly limit does not stop delivery. Until a workspace has used three times its limit, every lead is still stored and delivered to your Sheet and by email.

A lead counted past the monthly limit gets no auto-reply. The lead and the owner's emails carry on.

At three times the limit, the form refuses new leads for the rest of the month. The visitor is told plainly that their message was not accepted. A refused lead is not saved and has no receipt.

FormParcel emails the workspace owner when usage reaches 80% of the monthly limit, again when the limit is used up, and when a form starts refusing leads. Each email goes out once a month for the limit in force.

Yes. Receipts, automatic retries and repair are part of every plan, including Free. Plans differ in volume, number of client sites and extras, never in whether a lead is delivered reliably.

Spam is not counted toward your limit. A submission caught by the hidden trap field never creates a receipt, and a visitor who fails a site’s spam protection check is refused before anything is saved.

Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Choose Starter or Agency, monthly or yearly, and you will be taken to sign in and then to Billing. Payments go through Razorpay Checkout. FormParcel never sees your card details.

A paid plan switches on when Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. There is nothing to wait for or collect. A paid plan is a subscription. It renews each month or each year until you cancel.

No GST is charged. The price on this page is the price you pay. Razorpay sends the invoice or receipt for each payment by email. It carries no GSTIN.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan.

If a payment fails, Razorpay retries it and your plan stays for 7 days from the first failure. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan. While a payment is failing, the Billing page offers an "Update payment method" button.

Moving to a lower plan, or to Free, never deletes data. Site, form, Sheet and recipient limits follow your current plan at once, and a lower plan deletes nothing: you keep what you have and cannot add more than the plan allows.

Upgrading, including moving from monthly to yearly, replaces your current subscription: the new plan starts as soon as its payment is confirmed, and the old subscription is cancelled then. There is no proration, so the unused part of the old period is not credited or refunded.

Payments are final: we do not give refunds, full or partial, on monthly or yearly plans. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for. The cancellation and refund policy says what applies to monthly and yearly plans.

Free includes one site with two forms, Starter 3 sites and Agency 25 sites. Starter and Agency do not cap the number of forms. Archived sites and forms do not count. Each form still has the rate limits on the limits page.
